The heart and soul of the Christian Fischbacher bed linen collection, our Satin, made in Switzerland, is what we do best. Characterized by its delicate sheen and soft, silky feel, it is the base-cloth for much of our creative prints and popular designs.
The Enviern printed design is a tribute to the fauna of the Swiss Alps. Named after the Romansh word for winter, the bed linen portrays a snowy landscape with red deer. The animals leave their tracks in the white snow, gather in groups and gaze out of the image with curiosity. An ibex hides among them. The realistic expression and movement of the deer are achieved through two different printing techniques. The motif is transferred to high-quality cotton sateen as a print and discharge print by our long-term screen printing partner in Switzerland. The fabric quality of Enviern is guaranteed by the swiss+cotton quality seal, which distinguishes the finest Swiss cotton textiles. Only the best three per cent of the world’s cotton production meets the stringent requirements of the entire value chain. Thanks to the particularly fine Supima cotton with its extra-long fibres, Enviern yields an enchanting lustre and incomparably silky feel.
